الشروط والأحكام Terms of Service
يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل استخدام تطبيق الميزانية. Please read these terms carefully before using the Mizanih app.
1) القبول1) Acceptance
باستخدامك لتطبيق الميزانية، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. By using Mizanih, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2) استخدام الخدمة2) Using the Service
- يجب استخدام التطبيق بطريقة قانونية ومسؤولة.You must use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات التي تدخلها وعن الحفاظ على بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.You are responsible for data accuracy and account credential security.
- قد نعدل أو نحسن خصائص التطبيق من وقت لآخر.We may update or improve app features over time.
3) الاستخدام غير المسموح3) Prohibited Use
- لا يجوز إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به للأنظمة.You may not misuse the app, disrupt it, or attempt unauthorized system access.
- لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق لأي نشاط احتيالي أو مخالف للقانون.You may not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4) الملكية الفكرية4) Intellectual Property
جميع حقوق التطبيق والمحتوى والعلامات التجارية المرتبطة به مملوكة لـ Mizanih أو مرخصة لها. All app content, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Mizanih.
5) إخلاء المسؤولية5) Disclaimer
التطبيق مخصص للمساعدة في إدارة الميزانية، ولا يشكل نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية. The app is provided for budgeting support and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
6) إيقاف الخدمة أو الحساب6) Suspension or Termination
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى الخدمة عند وجود انتهاك جوهري لهذه الشروط أو متطلبات قانونية. We may suspend or terminate service access for material violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
7) القانون الواجب التطبيق7) Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الدولة التي تُدار منها الخدمة، ويكون الاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة فيها. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the service is operated, with disputes subject to the competent courts there.
